Melisa is the founder of Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing. She has proudly served as an officer in the Army Nurse Corps. Melisa dedicated her studies to women’s health, labor & delivery, and emergency medicine prior to immersing herself in aesthetics and wellness. She is a skilled cosmetic injector and is recognized in the industry for producing natural, transformative results. Melisa strives to offer innovative treatments for pre-rejuvenation and rejuvenation in all aspects of care. She has incorporated the practice of functional medicine to enhance and revitalize the natural beauty of her patients while addressing underlying wellness concerns related to their vitality. Mirror Mirror is a state-recognized training facility for laser procedures and as a skilled Injector of neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Melisa offers advanced training to professionals seeking certification.

Bruce Blachly

RN, CLT

Bruce is the founder of Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness. He is the lead R.N. and pioneer of our comprehensive medical weight loss program. He loves to see his patients reach their weight loss and lifestyle goals while coaching and encouraging them along their journey. Before becoming a nurse he spent over twenty-three years in the Army. Bruce is known for his attention to detail and dedication to our team. He values the importance of patient-centered care, and he prides himself on ensuring his patients are receiving the best care possible. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the range, and working out.

Kerriston Marsh

Office Manager

Meet Kerriston, our incredibly detail-oriented office manager and one of the driving forces behind the elevated patient experience at Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness. A Tucson native who has also lived in Nevada, Washington, and California, Kerriston brings a diverse background rooted in hospitality, design, organization, and patient care. She studied hospitality and design and holds an Associate degree in Architecture, later building much of her career within the hospitality, casino, and golf industries.

Known for her sharp eye, exceptional organization, and ability to keep everything running seamlessly, Kerriston has always had a passion for aesthetics, fitness, personal wellness, and self-betterment. She joined Mirror Mirror in 2020 and has since loved helping patients feel confident while guiding them through their aesthetic and wellness journeys with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Outside the office, Kerriston enjoys all things culinary, entertaining, event planning, creative arts, fitness, and spending time at the beach.

Jenny Steblein

RN, CLT, LSO, LE

Jenny is a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of experience in advanced laser technology, medical aesthetics, and skin rejuvenation. Since 2007, she has specialized in developing highly personalized anti-aging, acne, and corrective skin treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals and skin concerns.

Her expertise spans advanced laser treatments for all skin types, aesthetic injectables, mesotherapy, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation techniques designed to enhance both face and body. Combining clinical knowledge with an artistic eye, Jenny is known for creating thoughtful, results-driven treatment plans that focus on long-term skin health, confidence, and natural-looking outcomes.

Passionate about patient education, Jenny also plays an integral role in guiding both patients and staff on the benefits of medical-grade skincare and customized treatment regimens. She shares Mirror Mirror’s philosophy of treating patients from the inside out understanding that wellness, consistency, and preventative care all play an essential role in achieving and maintaining aesthetic goals.

Patients value Jenny not only for her advanced skillset and extensive skincare knowledge, but for her ability to make every treatment experience feel personalized, supportive, and empowering.

Jocelyn Luna

CLT, LE

Jocelyn is certified in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including laser procedures, SkinPen® microneedling, radio frequency, resurfacing treatments, skin rejuvenation, and laser hair reduction. As one of our dedicated patient coordinators and laser specialists at Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness, she plays an important role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience while helping guide patients toward personalized health, wellness, and aesthetic services.

Known for her passion for skincare, fitness, and overall wellness, Jocelyn is especially skilled in assisting patients with body contouring and cellulite-focused treatments. She also serves as our SkinPen® ambassador, sharing her enthusiasm for collagen-stimulating treatments and educating patients on achieving long-term skin health and rejuvenation.

In addition to her clinical and patient care experience, Jocelyn helps ensure communication is clear and comfortable for our Hispanic patients, allowing them to feel fully supported throughout their aesthetic journey. As a certified Jane Iredale colorist, she also enjoys pairing professional, medical-grade makeup and skincare products with personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations.

Currently attending school part-time while continuing to grow within the aesthetics industry, Jocelyn brings both ambition and heart to the Mirror Mirror team every day.

Jessi Dawson

CLT, LE, LSO

Jessi Dawson is a Tucson native and graduated from Aveda Institute with her esthetics license and National Laser Institute for her laser certification. While in school, she received several awards and made the top honors list in her class. With her background in Dermatology, she specializes in many different skin conditions and can create customizable skincare and treatment plans for all skin types. Jessi has a passion for educating patients on how to treat and take care of their skin. She excels in creating a very comfortable experience, while delivering highly effective and results-driven treatments. She loves helping patients reach their goals and feel confident in their own skin. Jessi believes continuing education is a very important factor in keeping up with the latest technology, products, and techniques. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and traveling.

Jennifer is a dynamic professional with over eight years of experience in customer service and aesthetics, known for her exceptional attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Her journey in aesthetics began through advanced laser hair removal, where she developed a strong foundation in technical precision, patient communication, and creating results-driven experiences centered around comfort and confidence.

Over the years, Jennifer’s passion for helping others has expanded her role within Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness, where she now serves as our Office Medical Assistant. In this role, she assists in supporting the overall wellness journey of our patients while continuing to provide the elevated level of care and professionalism she is known for.

With a deep understanding of patient needs, a strong background in aesthetics, and a natural ability to make every interaction feel welcoming and personalized, Jennifer is a valued part of the Mirror Mirror team and an advocate for helping patients look and feel their very best.

Madison Krosky

Marketing Coordinator

Madison has been the creative force behind the marketing and social media presence at Mirror Mirror for over five years. From the original website development and branding direction to fine-tuning the spa’s social presence across platforms, she has played a major role in shaping the elevated, luxury feel Mirror Mirror is known for today.

With a passion for digital marketing, aesthetics, and storytelling, Madison loves creating content that allows Mirror Mirror’s providers and their advanced treatments to truly shine. Whether it’s developing educational campaigns, curating visual branding, managing patient engagement, or keeping up with ever-evolving social trends, she specializes in bringing the Mirror Mirror experience to life online in a way that feels both polished and personal.

Working closely within the aesthetics industry has also fueled her long-term aspirations within clinical research and patient-centered innovation. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time on mommy-daughter dates with her daughter, traveling, going to concerts, and unwinding with a good book.

Meet Alyssa, a seasoned Certified Laser Technician with four years of invaluable experience and a strong background in aesthetics and customer care. Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, Alyssa has developed extensive knowledge in laser treatments, skin health, and personalized treatment guidance combining technical skill with a warm, approachable patient experience.

Her compassionate nature ensures every client feels heard, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. In addition to her clinical expertise, Alyssa is also a valued part of the front desk team at Mirror Mirror Aesthetics & Wellness, where her professionalism and dedication help create the elevated experience Mirror Mirror is known for.

Originally from Bisbee, Arizona, Victoria brings nearly a decade of experience as a certified lash artist and instructor, along with five years in the wellness and aesthetics industry. Her passion has always been helping others feel confident, prioritize their health, and become the best version of themselves inside and out.

As part of our front desk team, Victoria is here to help make every experience at Mirror Mirror feel welcoming, seamless, and personalized from the moment you walk through our doors.

Outside of work, she loves staying active and spending time with her husband and their two young children.
